Rotary shredder RZM200

With the RZM, shred­ding wood and pal­lets is child’s play. The fuel to be shred­ded is fed to the cir­cu­lar blade rotor via the hydraulic slide. Thanks to the gen­er­ous­ly dimen­sioned hop­per, Euro pal­lets do not need to be shred­ded man­u­al­ly; they can be fed in whole.

Robust low-speed dri­ve with auto­mat­ic revers­ing mode and ener­gy-effi­cient con­nect­ed load for main dri­ve. Blades can be used 4 ways and are large­ly resis­tant to dam­age from small met­al parts. Long ser­vice life of replace­able cir­cu­lar blades.

Effi­cient shred­ding

The fuel to be shred­ded is fed into the cir­cu­lar blade rotor by the hydraulic slide. When the main dri­ve reach­es a defined load lim­it, the hydraulic slide switch­es to slow feed and moves at this speed to the end posi­tion on the rotor. On reach­ing the end posi­tion, the hydraulic slide moves back at rapid feed speed and a new feed inter­val is acti­vat­ed.

With the RZM200, han­dling Euro pal­lets is child’s play. Thanks to the gen­er­ous­ly sized hop­per, Euro pal­lets do not have to be bro­ken up by hand but can be fed in whole. This saves valu­able time and reduces the work­load sig­nif­i­cant­ly.

Addi­tion­al equip­ment

  • Con­trol cab­i­net: Every machine is equipped with PLC con­trol and elec­tron­ic soft start for the main dri­ve. The hydraulic slide is con­trolled by the cur­rent con­sump­tion of the rotor dri­ve. The stan­dard fea­tures include an oper­at­ing hours counter and a fault dis­play unit.
  • Spe­cial feed hop­pers: Feed hop­pers adapt­ed to spe­cif­ic cus­tomer require­ments can be sup­plied to ensure opti­mum load­ing of the machine.
